Afro Samurai is a popular animated television action series about an African American samurai warrior named Afro Samurai (Samuel L. Jackson). Samurai travels back to Japan where he was taught his craft to track down those responsible for heinous murder of his father many years ago. Afro soon discovers that the main force behind his father’s slaying is an ultra-bad guy and skilled fighter named Justice (Ron Pearlman). The only way to avenge the murder is to rise up the ranks of fighters to where he can challenge Justice, the top rated fighter in the area. A showdown between the two is inevitable and one will not survive its conclusion.
