An attack at Footscray Station on Vietnamize immigrants by a group of local skinheads ignites an all out race war in one local neighborhood in Australia. Heading the fight against these "boatloads of human trash" is (Hando), the local head of a skinhead gang. Charismatic, passionate, and brutal, he loosely unites a local group of castoffs and losers, including (Davey), Hando's right hand man. Sickened by the apparent apathy of the local population against the invasion of immigrants, the group takes measures into their own hands. After the pair meet (Gabrielle), an attractive junkie, a three way love triangle soon develops. As the Vietnamese immigrants organize to attack in retaliation, and the action reaches a fever pitch, Davey is caught in the middle and must choose between his new love Gabrielle, or his idol, Hando.
