Brothers Doug and Steve Butabi (Chris Kattan and Will Ferrell) enjoy the night life. They are unsuccessful at their attempts to woo women they encounter in bars. Their idea of flirting is to both grind up against the same woman, normally horrifying the woman caught in between. The brothers make a meager living working for their father in his fake plant store. Molly Shannon shows up to start a love triangle that will split the two brothers. But when the brothers rear-end Richard Greico, they find themselves in for a ride of their lives when they gain admittance to the Roxbury bar. But while inside they discover that their brotherly bond is not as strong as they thought it was. Between partying and women, these two brothers have to find a way to strengthen their bond.

Jack comes into contact with the only person that can lift the curse, Will Turner, and becomes friends and allies against the british that want to hang him, and his old crew who want to kill him. They eventually come together with a young woman who has the last piece of cortez gold (Elizabeth) and end up on a wild cat and mouse game.

Captain Stanley (Ray Winstone) offers Charlie a proposition; to track and kill Arthur, the eldest most psychotic brother to save his younger brother's life. Charlie accepts. He is set free to the dismay of a town full of people intent on bloody retribution. Matters escalate as Arthur finds out about the proposition before Charlie has even found him. Deranged bounty hunter Jellon Lamb (John Hurt) adds another layer to this dark tale.

After riding with the fire station to an apartment building where neighbors had been hearing a woman scream, reporter Angela Vidal(Jennifer Carpenter) and her cameraman(Steve Harris) get locked inside by police on the outside of the building, even going as far as to cut off all forms of communication to anywhere else. Wondering why the police would quarantine the residents and themselves into the building they soon discover that is the least of their worries as residents have become infected by an unknown disease that is causing them to violently attack anyone they see. They continue to catch all of this on their camera to document how they are being locked in for dead.
